The space
This two-storey villa spans 130 m² and accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a cosy living area with a three-piece suite, satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system. The dining space seats six, and there is an additional sitting area with two sofas and a sofa bed. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with a single bed—two of which offer side sea views. The bathroom includes a bath and shower. Outdoors, the villa features a veranda with sun loungers, a table for eight, and an umbrella, as well as a small garden that wraps around the property, a stone-clad barbecue, and a private pool measuring 5m x 6m.
