Magical Villa with Amazing Pool and Taverna Above Lake Como

This lovely holiday Villa sleeps up to 6-8 people (180m²): – The ground floor is entered via a glass conservatory, which has lake views and table and chairs for 8 people. Living room and modern, spacious kitchen/diner (Gaggenau design) with table seating for 12 people, access to the terrace, storage room and access to the basement Taverna. – The Taverna comprises a living area with satellite TV (SKY), billiards table and French windows leading to the garden, one bedroom with 2 single beds (can be joined together) and one bathroom with bathtub and handheld shower. – A mezzanine floor provides one bedroom with a double bed (and shared bathroom see under). – The first floor comprises one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi-style tub (shared with the mezzanine-floor bedroom), and one bedroom with 1.5 size bed (140cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The conservatory has a beautiful lake view and table and chairs for 8 people. Outside (1000m²), green lawns surround the house bordered with bushes and trees, where you can admire the views over the soothing waters of the lake and mountains beyond. Adjacent to the house is a patio where you can dine under the shade of the pergola. The lovely swimming pool will keep the kids happy, and the grown-ups cool. The pool is heated from mid-May till mid-September (during the other seasons, it can be heated at an extra cost).
