With uninterrupted fairway views, and a pool that contours to the shape of the house. There are multiple lanai areas, two mature trees ‘islands’, a sublevel pool bar, an in-ground spa. And it has plenty of modern pool furniture and sun loungers! Under one of the lanai areas, there is a full summer kitchen and seating for 8. A set of stairs leads to the sunken dining area. Another porch area offers a television, fireplace and outdoor couches. Additionally, a third porch has 4 café style table and chair sets.
