It has it's own restaurants, bars and tennis courts. The popular Florian restaurant is located just a few minutes walk away. This stunning villa is located just a few minutes drive from Quinta do Lago plaza with it's shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Entrance to the villa is via electronic gates. Steps lead to the grand entrance hallway. The villa has air-conditioning through out (supplement payable) and wireless internet access. The large fully fitted kitchen features a breakfast area with dining table, large hob, oven, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher and microwave. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Patio doors lead out to a covered terrace and built-in barbeque. The living room is L shaped, beautifully furnished and equipped with a plasma TV with free satellite channels. All of the sleeping accommodation is on the first floor. The master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and patio doors out to balcony. There is a large en-suite bathroom with power jet shower. There are three twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Outside the large private pool (heated at a supplemental charge) is surrounded by sun terraces. The pool (9 x 5m) is surrounded by lawned gardens. The built-in barbeque is perfect for alfresco dining. Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service once a week.

Lagos is on the very western edge of the Algarve and is one of the region’s most fascinating and interesting towns. Lagos is set on a stunning coastline of massive sandstone cliffs, wide beaches and crystal clear waters. Within the vicinity of Lagos is the Dona Ana beach, which is considered to be the finest in the Algarve, while further along the coast are the stunning cliff formations of the Ponta da Piedade. Lagos has an important history as a major trading town, a rich history that is reflected in the varied sights throughout the town, which include the fort, a selection of pretty churches and even an ex-slave market. From Lagos there are enjoyable day trips to the small fishing village of Sagres, or north into the Algarve hills. Valverde is located just 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The town of Almancil and resort of Vale do Lobo are ten minutes by car. Quinta do Lago beach is about 6 minutes drive away. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are close by.
