Maricel is on two levels, and has large picture windows that frame the wonderful views of the bay below. The pool is 8x4m and is surrounded on three sides by terraces, a great place for relaxing just soaking up the views out to sea and down over the Bay of Tamariu. The villa has a modern interior with tiled floors and cool white walls. The large open-plan living room is flooded with light and has a comfortable sitting area with settees positioned to make the most of the views. Panoramic sliding windows open onto the terrace which in turn overlooks the swimming pool just below. The dining room leads off the living area and has a dining table seating 10 and doors which open onto the terrace, garden and pool. Leading off the dining area is the modern, well-equipped kitchen.There is also a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and also one bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a shower room near the kitchen. We have three stylish bedrooms. There is a master double bedroom with emsuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, doors that open on to the terrace, garden and pool deck. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a shower room, and like the double bedroom they both have doors to the terrace, garden and pool deck. The shower rooms have been finished to a high standard with contemporary fixtures and fittings. The fifth bedroom is located on the second floor and is a master bedroom which has ensuite shower room, dressing room, and acces to large terrace wiht a fantastic view to the mediterranean sea, Tamariu beach and the town. The terrace runs along the front of the villa and overlooks the swimming pool and the gardens, laid mainly to lawn dotted with trees and shrubs.
