The villa is set across two floors. The entrance level features a living room with a double sofa bed, a compact yet fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, baking oven, steam oven, refrigerator, and essential supplies such as sugar, tea, coffee, bottled water, olive oil, spices, a bottle of wine, and a coffee machine with capsules. Also on this level is a double bedroom with a large chest of drawers, as well as a bathroom and toilet. The second floor has a very spacious double bedroom with small dressers on either side, a large chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. Both floors open to sun terraces with pergolas and comfortable seating areas. Outdoors, guests can enjoy an infinity pool with a salt-based (non-chlorine) filtration system, large parasols, sunbeds, seating areas, and a barbecue corner. The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, insect screens, Wi-Fi, LCD TV, hairdryer, first aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
