Spreading over a plot of 10 000m2 with a living area of 600m2 with its ground floor and first floor is suitable for comfortable accommodation for up to 14 persons. the villa’s outside area offers a private swimming pool (100m2) surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, outdoor furniture, and covered dining area, and a barbecue. A fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, laundry room, and two king-size bedded rooms of which one has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and the other room has access to a shared bathroom with shower, are located on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is connected to a spacious pool area by large opening glass walls. The first floor can be reached by internal stairs, where there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area. Furthermore, there are three master bedrooms that are part of this floor, each with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, while two rooms have king-size beds and access to a shared bathroom with a shower. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Guests are provided with free parking spaces on the property.

The area of Karbuni, where this villa is situated, was a proclaimed park of nature, creating together with nearby islands and islets a huge protected natural area. This whole area is few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town of Korčula.
