Wood and Marble Villa surrounded by Nature

Equipped with three double bedrooms on the ground floor, each served by a bathroom, in the living area, located on the first floor, it offers a large relaxation area with comfortable sofas and a large custom-made solid wood kitchen fully equipped with stove top oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, wine cellar. The comfortable peninsula in travertine, always in the kitchen, offers the possibility of being able to share the preparation of lunches and dinners also with the other guests. The interiors are also embellished by the presence of a crystal table, a unique piece obtained from the trunk of a tree recovered in the property. Outside, however, the large swimming pool offers the opportunity to have fun and relax alone or in a group. Immediately outside the living area there is also an area where you can enjoy meals. On the panoramic terrace, located on the roof of the Villa, there is also a small illuminated lounge from which to enjoy the splendid sunset over Castiglion Fiorentino, a town of Etruscan origin which owes its name to Florentine domination in the Middle Ages and which, still today, preserves almost the medieval walls dominated by the keep are intact. A ten minute drive away you will also find the castle of Montecchio, an ancient castle on the top of a hill overlooking the Val di Chiana.

Still today it is endowed with a circle of walls, from the Guelph merlons, interspersed with towers that develop for 263 meters with a splendid formwork inside, to the side of which stands a slender square tower of about thirty meters that makes it easily identifiable from all the surrounding area. A little further away are the towns of Cortona, Arezzo, Pienza and Lake Trasimeno.
