Accommodation Two Properties offer 5 luxury en-suite bedrooms with the flexibility of four rooms being double or twin accommodation. The First House has two glorious reception rooms with log burners, a conservatory with dining facilities and French windows lead out to the summer terrace. On the first floor the terraced balcony provides the perfect setting for breakfast or evening drinks in the warmer months. The Second House has also two reception rooms one feature room being the Second room itself which can accommodate dining for larger parties. Both properties come with top of the range kitchens for parties who wish to self-cater or our team will arrange for all staffing requirements to a private Chef catering for breakfast and dinner. Importance notice: Prices apply to one property only! For the Golfer At the First House and the Second House we cater for the golfer. So, in order to improve your short game skills, before visiting one of the great golf courses in nearby St Andrews, we have built your very own Short Game Areas private to each house in our grounds. Our Short Game Areas were designed and built by a golf professional, to provide the perfect practice area for honing your short game. First House has 5 pitching mats, 6 holes and two bunkers, providing a wide range of lies and distances. The Second House has 3 pitching mats, 9 holes and two bunkers. This offers the opportunity to practice a variety of shots on your very own private practice area. We are also delighted to offer our private 250-yard driving range on the Estate for all guests to use. Entertainment and Activities Both properties offer guests the chance to unwind in our Hydro Spa, with room for all. It offers 43 state-of-the-art jets that relieve-tension in targeted areas including your back, neck, shoulders and calves by cascading up and down your back, a perfect way to relax and unwind. Enjoy dining al fresco with our impressive Mediterranean barbecue and outdoor patio area. Perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing with friends and family. Additional Accommodation The Third Property - Bed and Breakfast, our latest property was launched to the market place in October 2017. Offering a further 4 super king/twin en-suite bedrooms, a private lounge, breakfast area and bar for residents – rooms can be booked on an individual basis or to supplement First House and the Second House. Transport The Estate has a 16-seater mini coach and an 8-seater mini bus available for hire by guests. For stays of three nights or more we offer one complimentary return transfer per day (excluding the festive period). Our 16-seater or 8-seater vehicles are available to guests requiring transfers to and from their destination within the St Andrews / East Neuk area. Transport requirements must be booked in advance. Any additional transfers are chargeable. When Estate is taken exclusively for one party we can offer 14 bedrooms and accommodate up to 28 guests – offering a wonderful 5-star experience. All pricing is accommodation only if guests request Full Scottish Breakfast, Daily Housekeeping and other services they can all be arranged at a supplementary cost.
