It has beautiful gardens, a heliport, a large outdoor pool of 14 meters with sea views, large terraces and porches. In addition, the SPA consists of a large 12 meter swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and contrast showers as well as a floating tank to avoid jet lag and gym.

The house is distributed in 3 floors, the ground floor has an imposing entrance, an office, a large living room with fireplace 100 square meters, a TV room, separate dining room and kitchen area and service. In this same floor we also find a room with bathroom en suite. On the first floor we find the main suite, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, dressing room and two bathrooms, with direct access to the central garden terrace.
