Welcome to the unique house in Spetses. The house was completely renovated 2015.It was originally designed to make the most of the cooling sea breezes and its position on the peninsula means that it never gets too hot. It is a unique property set in a stunning location close to the Old Harbour with magnificent views looking out towards the Saronic Gulf islands of Dokos, Trikeri and Hydra. From the garden gate, a short pathway leads directly down to the sea-shore where guests can swim in crystal clear water from rocks or a tiny creek. This is a perfect spot to enjoy a quiet and lazy swim whilst looking out over the violet-hued islands of Hydra, Dokos and Trikeri in the distance. It has a generous terrace leading off it with wonderful sea views and is a perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy an evening drink. This place is perfect for guests who want to experience simple, Greek island life at its best with crystal clear sea just steps away from the property

The house has three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms Extra accommodation for two in guest house with en suite bathroom There is a delightful garden surrounding the house which has been planted over many years with mature trees, shrubs and plants. Under the leafy coolness of a mature Carob tree is a lovely outdoor seating area with beautiful sea views.
