The property features a large private swimming pool (6m x 12m), a beautiful pond with goldfish, shaded gazebos, a piano bar area, and spacious outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. Just a short drive from Lecce and the renowned Salento coastline, it is an ideal base for experiencing the natural beauty of Puglia. The accommodation consists of two guest rooms with separate entrances, each equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and wardrobe space. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and Mokka machine. In front of the rooms, a spacious brick courtyard with covered gazebos, tables, and chairs provides a pleasant setting for outdoor dining.
