First Floor: As you enter, you'll find a double bedroom en suite, a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, complete with a breakfast table. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious and comfortable living-dining room with a fireplace, providing a cozy atmosphere. Step out onto the charming terrace, perfectly set up for delightful meals in the fresh air or to simply relax with a drink. From the terrace, steps lead down to a fantastic barbecue area with a small lawned garden and a refreshing swimming pool, complete with a dressing room-shower area. On this level, children can play safely in the designated area. Lower Level: Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a room with a trundle bed and a small desk, a bathroom with a bathtub, a laundry room, and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Garden Level: Descending the stairs, you'll find yourself at the garden and swimming pool level. Here, a large space has been converted into a game room, providing hours of entertainment. There is also another bedroom with a bunk bed. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, including the private pool, garden, barbecue area, and game room. Interaction with Guests: We are available to offer assistance and recommendations to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Other things to note: Free parking is available on the premises.
