This spacious ski-in ski-out penthouse apartment is located directly next to the Medran Lift station just opposite the W Hotel and Place Blanche at the top of Rue de Medran. The main bus terminal is just outside and it is within easy walking distance from the bars, shops and restaurants. The property is not renovated to modern standards, however it is fully functional and when considering location, views, spaciousness and price is pretty hard to beat all considered.

The open plan living/dining area with high ceilings and a cozy fireplace leads on to a south facing balcony with panoramic mountain views. There is a fully equipped kitchen within the main living area separated by a breakfast bar.
The property offers three bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin comfortably sleeping 6 guests. There is one shared family shower room and two small en-suites. A mezzanine area can accommodate a further two people on mattresses although really only suitable for children or teenagers as very restricted height from the eves.
