Classic villa overlooking the conservation area of the Ria Formosa

The villa features split air-conditioning units throughout, WiFi internet and a large basement with a table tennis table. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and leading to a sun terrace with stunning views onto the golf course and pool. The other bedroom is on the same level and has views on to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a sixth bedroom available on this floor (with two foldaway beds and tv ). The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the pool and barbeque area (seats 12 guests). There is a separate formal dining room. There is a TV room on the ground and first floor with cable, DVD and internet. On the lower level of the villa there is a table tennis. Outside there is a large pool (can be heated against an extra charge) with barbeque area (charcoal barbeque), plenty of garden furniture and a large garden. The fabulous top terrace and bar area is perfect for entertaining and enjoys beautiful views over the resort.

It is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The resort of Vale do Lobo and the town of Almancil is ten minutes by car. Vilamoura Marina is 20 minutes by car.
